With the “Schwartmanns-Online-Tool” we can establish a direct remote connection to your machine or system and thus act quickly. This has enabled us to resolve over 80% of reported faults without the need for a technician. This service is included in Care 360.

Schwartmanns Academy
Learn. Do. Earn.
We want you to be able to operate, program and maintain your Schwartmann machines optimally right from the start. Our trainers impart all the skills you need for this in a practice-oriented manner. The basis is the basic training that takes place when the machine is commissioned. In addition, we offer the option of follow-up training at any time if the trained operating personnel are no longer available.

Take advantage of all the possibilities of your machines and carry out the maintenance yourself professionally:
We qualify your employees at the Schwartmanns Academy to work independently and efficiently with the machines. After successful training, each participant also receives a certificate.
All our trainers have many years of service experience and stand for a high practical component. They impart the exact knowledge that will help your employees to exploit the full potential of your machines, either at your premises or at our plant in Wesseling.
Schwartmanns Werkstattplanung
New planning or redesign
We are happy to take on the workshop planning for our customers and prospective customers as part of a new planning or redesign of an existing workshop. After receiving the floor plan, we create a graphical plan that takes the following aspects into account, among other things:
- Optimised material flow within the workshop
- Consideration of existing infrastructure (power and compressed air connections)
- Delivery zones for new materials such as sheet metal coils
- Picking areas for sheet metal parts to be shipped
The entire service is free of charge and also takes into account any machines that may be available.
Schwartmanns Financing
Buy. Instalments. Special repayment.
In order to offer our customers the greatest possible flexibility in their liquidity planning, we will finance investments in large machines on request. We agree a down payment and calculate an instalment payment for the remaining amount. The term and instalment amount are customer-specific and can be terminated at any time with unscheduled repayments. This provides our customers with an additional service beyond the standard services.
We have integrated the user-friendly EN 17956 insulation energy efficiency class calculator from eiif on our website. This allows you to select the desired energy class, operating temperature, geometry and size at the click of a mouse and automatically obtain the maximum heat flux density and the estimated space requirement for your insulation.
